Overview¶
This project establishes a standardized process for managing holiday schedules and emergency communication plans across all regional teams. The primary objectives are to provide structured holiday scheduling, timely reminders, and clearly defined emergency contact assignments to ensure business continuity during holidays. Procedures include updating contacts, assigning holiday-specific tasks, and implementing regional holiday policies for seamless communication and operation.

- Reminders and Communication: Issue reminders to all staff ahead of holidays and notify regional contacts of any necessary continuity procedures.
- Business Continuity Protocols: Establish and update protocols for emergency contact and continuity of essential operations during holiday periods.
The project framework is designed to support consistent operations across diverse regions and ensures readiness and response during scheduled breaks and unexpected disruptions.
